Here is some beautiful Spring loveliness for you on the blog today! I first met Jack & Kayleigh a couple of years ago at The Dorset Wedding Festival, we made a great connection and I was SO happy when they got in touch to book their big day! They are an amazing couple and so cute together which always makes my job that extra special.
Stockbridge Farm barn was the perfect setting for their day, and was styled so beautifully with Spring country flowers and hand crafted rustic decorations. I loved their colour scheme with the Navy suits and mustard ties! Their dogs Oscar & Mickey even made a guest appearance after the ceremony. This wedding had their names all over it, super stylish with hints of quirky character.
My day began with Jack & Kayleigh in Yeovil where they were both getting ready at the same hotel, which is always handy to get Bride & Groom coverage! The girls (and guys) were so relaxed, and it was great to share the excitement with them of the morning! This part of the morning I particularly love capturing in a documentary style of photography, subtly observing all the events as they unfold.
It was a beautiful Spring day so luckily they were able to hold their ceremony outside the barn, which is such a beautiful setting. The rest of the day unfolded with relaxed welcome drinks and a fabulous reception inside the barn with delicious catering provided by The Queens Arms. They were joined in their first dance by their best friends, which was an amazing acoustic version of ‘We don’t have to take our clothes off’ , amazing song!
I loved this wedding! A HUGE congratulations to Mr & Mrs Luckins!
